We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our cancellation policy for orders made through Maxxstores:
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped. Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@maxxstores.in as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not been processed or shipped yet.
3. Refund After Cancellation
If your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
