Refund Policy

At Maxxstores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here’s our refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund if the product you purchased is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@maxxstores.in with your order details. We will review your case and, if eligible, process your refund within 10 business days.

3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to your card. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for a refund.

  • We do not offer refunds for orders where the delivery was accepted and there is no issue with the product received.
